Ο Δήμος Κυθήρων, στα πλαίσια του N. 4764/2020 (ΦΕΚ 256/23.12.2020 τεύχος Α’) «Ρυθμίσεις για την προστασία της δημόσιας υγείας από τις συνέπειες της πανδημίας του κορωνοϊού COVID-19, την ενίσχυση των μέσων μαζικής μεταφοράς, την επιτάχυνση της απονομής των συντάξεων, τη ρύθμιση οφειλών προς τους Oργανισμούς Tοπικής Aυτοδιοίκησης και άλλες κατεπείγουσες διατάξεις.», ανακοινώνει τη debt adjustment that have been confirmed or will be confirmed from February 15, 2020, through June 30, 2021 and debts that became past due, including settlement losses, from February 15, 2020, to June 11, 2021 (Official Gazette No. 4807/2021).
Δικαιούχοι υπαγωγής στην ανωτέρω ρύθμιση είναι τα φυσικά πρόσωπα και όσα νομικά πρόσωπα έχουν υποστεί οικονομικές επιπτώσεις από την πανδημία του κορωνοϊού COVID-19.
Στον ανωτέρω Νόμο ορίζεται ότι οι applications are submitted From March 1, 2021, through October 31, 2021, at the latest.
Specifically:
A. Στη ρύθμιση του N. 4764/2020 υπάγονται οι οφειλές προς τους δήμους και τα νομικά πρόσωπα αυτών που έχουν βεβαιωθεί ή που θα βεβαιωθούν from February 15, 2020, through June 30, 2021 and debts that became past due, including settlement losses, from February 15, 2020, to June 11, 2021 (Official Gazette No. 4807/2021).
Β. Debts may be paid as a lump sum or in equal monthly installments (except for the last one, which may be smaller than the others) with a percentage exemption from the surcharges and late-payment interest imposed by KEDE, as well as from penalties for late filing, failure to file, filing an inaccurate return, or failure to pay the fee.
C. The debt subject to a payment plan is paid off in a lump sum, or the first installment is paid within three (3) business days from the date of enrollment in the payment plan; otherwise, the plan is automatically terminated. Subsequent installments must be paid by the last business day of the respective month, without requires special notification of the debtor.
Δ. Each dose, except for the last one, must not be less than twenty (20) euros for individual debtors and fifty (50) euros for business debtors of all kinds.
