A total of €78.2 million will be paid to over 80,500 beneficiaries as part of the scheduled payments by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, eEFKA and OAED, from today until 19 November.
In particular, according to an announcement:
From Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, today EUR 255,982 will be paid for 581 payments to beneficiaries, relating to suspensions of employees' employment contracts for the year 2020 and the year 2021 for the payment of special purpose allowance (payment balances).
From the e-EFKA from today until 19 November, the following payments will be made as part of the institution's regular payments:
EUR 12.7 million will be paid to 24 291 beneficiaries for cash benefits (maternity, pregnancy, sickness, accident and funeral expenses).
€17.7 million will be paid to 580 beneficiaries following the adoption of one-off decisions.
€33,000 will be paid to 50 beneficiaries for supplementary pension inheritance benefits.
- From the OAED, the following payments will be made:
€15 million to 39,000 beneficiaries for the payment of unemployment and other benefits.
€28 million will be paid to 8,000 beneficiaries under subsidised employment schemes.
€4 million will be paid to 7,000 beneficiaries under public benefit schemes.
€500,000 will be paid to 1,000 mothers for subsidised maternity leave.
