Vespers for the feast of Our Lady of Myrtidiotissa were celebrated with great splendor at the Church of Our Lady of Myrtidiotissa in Neo Faliro, Piraeus.
Members of the Kythira Brotherhood of Piraeus–Athens were in attendance. The association writes in a post:
«We celebrated the patron saint of our island, Panagia Myrtidiotissa, with great splendor, featuring an archiepiscopal vespers service, a blessing of the bread, and a procession at the church of the same name in Neo Faliro.
The turnout from Kythira was impressive, and after the service concluded, members of the association’s Board of Directors distributed Kythirian bread to the worshippers.
