OSDE 2026: Submit the Single Application for Aid via myAGRO

The submission of OSDE declarations for 2026 is moving to a digital platform, with the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) taking over the operation and management of the system, and the Single Aid Application to be submitted exclusively through the myAGRO app on the myAADE portal.

The Government Gazette published and signed by the head of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), George Pitsilis, provides, among other things, for electronic data cross-checks, a single digital file for each beneficiary, and new rules for Declaration Reception Centers and authorized professionals.

As noted, the Independent Public Revenue Authority will assume responsibility for the operation and management of the Integrated Management and Control System following the absorption of OPEKEPE.

Each producer will submit one Single Aid Application per year, which will include all Common Agricultural Policy measures for which they wish to receive aid.

The application will include, among other things, basic income support, redistributive aid, support for young farmers, environmental schemes, coupled support, and special cotton support.

It will also include rural development measures and support programs for the Small Aegean Islands.

A single digital file will be created for each beneficiary, which will be used for both payments and administrative audits.

The file will contain the necessary supporting documents, such as lease agreements, E9 forms, and other documents proving lawful ownership or use of the declared land areas.

Every action taken in the application will be recorded electronically to create a complete history of changes and modifications.

In addition, producers will be able to submit their application either on their own or through an authorized representative.

In addition to the Declaration Reception Centers, agronomists, foresters, veterinarians, accountants, and legal entities that provide accounting services, provided that they are registered in the relevant professional registries.

Delegating the submission to a third party will require specific authorization, a written agreement with the producer, and the registration of the authorized party’s details in the AADE information system.

The producer will be able to revoke the authorization at any time via an online application.

The new framework also sets out rules for avoiding conflicts of interest. The consultant’s fee may not be linked to the amount of aid the producer is expected to receive.

At the same time, the authorized professional may not have a financial interest in the farm for which he or she is submitting the application.

The new system will utilize geospatial data, GIS applications, and automated data cross-checks with the information systems of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) and other public agencies.

Through these audits, the consistency between the declared land areas, crops, livestock, tax records, and documents proving lawful land ownership.

The information from the Single Application for Aid will also be used for ELGA’s Crop and Livestock Declaration, in order to minimize the need to resubmit the same information.

Once the application has been finalized, the producer will be able to generate a special digital file with a QR code to activate the «Farmer’s Card.».

The file will include information such as the Tax Identification Number (AFM), the declared IBAN bank account, and the value of the aid entitlements.

There are also plans for banks to connect electronically with the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) to verify the necessary information.

The IBAN account specified for this particular financing will remain reserved for as long as the financing remains in effect.
