“Only 10% of the projects in the annual budget are executed”...
We welcome Mr.Harhalakis to the debate on the future of our islands. We hope to welcome him and to the seriousness, which does not seem to characterize him...
The outgoing Mayor has been forced to take a position on our recent infrastructure proposals. Only instead of responding on substance, he “throws it in the wisecracks”. He tries to appear as “the Mayor of projects” when only 10% of each annual budget is executed... Instead of apologizing for not implementing those projects he “promised” even before the 2014 elections, he appears with new and reheated promises, considering the citizens “natives” who are fed “mirrors”.
The candidate Mayor of Kythera-Antikythera Mr. Zacharias Souris said:” We ask Mr. Harhalakis directly. How many project studies and how many of the proposals of 2014 and 2019 (when he was already Mayor) were costed in his election program?; None!!!! Let him not try to contradict me because his own writings are available to us.
And something about the Deputy Mayor Mr.Kominos, responsible for Education and Tourism: The state of the schools is unacceptable. The responsibility lies with the outgoing municipal authority as a whole, but especially with the Mayor and the Deputy Mayor responsible. ΤThis is a very serious matter and we will come back to you.».
