«Tough questions and clear answers asked our faction in the Accountability of the Municipal Authority of Kythera»
Our party, faithful to the principles of transparency and effective information to citizens, submitted key and topical questions at the Special Accountability Session of the Municipal Authority of Kythera, on 04 March 2025. With a steady and consistent presence in all the meetings that have taken place to date, we are the only party that systematically and responsibly raises issues of concern to our fellow citizens, thus actively demonstrating our commitment to responsibility and efficiency.
The questions we asked focused on the following:
- The development and promotion of tourism in Kythera, with special reference to the need to enhance tourism promotion, improve the relevant infrastructure, especially the expansion of the Kythera State Airport, as well as the support of local professionals in the sector.
- The development of the critical sewerage project in the southern part of the Municipality, asking for clear and documented answers on the causes of the delays, but also the specific actions planned to accelerate the completion of the project.
- To address the serious water supply problems affecting our regions, calling for the immediate preparation and implementation of an effective plan for the maintenance and upgrading of the water supply network, as well as the strengthening of water sufficiency through the interconnection of settlements.
We will continue with consistency and determination to demand substantial solutions for the benefit of all Kythera residents.
