A complaint was filed with the prosecutor's office against him Dimitris Lignadis for rape. This was made public by his defense attorney, Alexis Kougias, noting that while he was visiting Dimitris Lignadis at the Tripoli prison, the 19th regular investigating judge informed them four summonses, in which he was ordered to appear at 3:00 p.m. at his home in the Larissa Station area, because, as provided for by the relevant legislation, a search of his home, his motorcycle, and his car would be conducted in his presence.’.
However, shortly after 4:00 p.m., the police, accompanied by a prosecutor, thoroughly searched his home Dimitris Lignadis in Silk Factory, his car, and his motorcycle, while they removed any electronic files they found in the director's apartment.
