Often, this is accompanied by an extensive presentation on the website, with rich photographic material, a detailed listing of the characteristics of the building complex and flexibility in renegotiating the price. So, automatically the case is upgraded, without this negating cases such as that of a hotel complex in Platia Ammos, which is being sold at the very attractive price of €692/sqm and is also accompanied by a thoughtful presentation for interested parties.
In conclusion, Kythera is not lacking in those cases that can move an individual looking for a tile over his head or a professional looking for a serious investment opportunity. Certainly, the island, given the short tourist season, presents a given shortage in terms of demand, relative to supply. However, in this life, we all move with the facts. And often, our adaptability to their dictates largely determines how they will evolve over time. After all, there is no such thing as a good investment if it does not stand the test of time.
