Who is Katia Foteinopoulou
He was born in Athens and grew up between England and Greece.
After a long career in television, she decided to follow her inner voice and deal with alternative therapies and self-awareness.
Her studies include, Aromatherapy with postgraduate studies in Aromatherapy/Phytotherapy, Ayurvedic Mardana and Abhyanga massage, Bach Flower Remedies, Crystal Therapy, specialized massage seminars as well as seminars on chakra analysis. For many years, she participated in self-awareness and meditation groups Blossoming Goddess Circle, Human Stasis and Flame Iohra. She holds a Reiki Master's degree. As knowledge is endless, her concern is to enrich her knowledge and to always be perfect with a high level of quality in her treatments.
She is a Holistic Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist, Reiki Master, Bach Flower Remedies Consultant, and facilitates a meditation group. She is Vice President of the S.E.A.
Her treatments consist of a holistic approach to the individual, depending on his or her needs. A session may include ayurvedic massage, reiki, aromatherapy, a meditation or relaxation technique, flower essences consultation or a touch of crystals.
Her belief is that the healing of the individual is primarily based on the individual's will to change and self-healing. The therapist is an auxiliary conductor, who must carry out his work with respect, honesty and love, a bridge that leads the person to his or her healing path, self-awareness, consciousness and the discovery of the Self.
