The President of the Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, listened to New Year’s carols performed by the Armed Forces Band and the Presidential Guard.
Next, the carols were sung by the Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Center «Beregina,» featuring children from Ukraine who performed traditional dances from their country, followed in succession by the Salamina Municipal Choir, the «Pyrros» Association of Epirotes of Vrilissia, the music group from the organization Connect by Music, the Greek Girl Guides Corps, the «Chorodromeno» Traditional Folklore Association of the Municipality of Fyli, and the Aegaleo Center for Folk Culture.
