Following an extraordinary general meeting held on Sunday, April 2, 2023 NO There was a quorum of members to conduct the necessary elections for the new Board of Directors.

Consequently, it calls on the members once again to attend a Repeat Extraordinary General Meeting pursuant to Article 8(b) of the association's articles of association. in the cultural events hall in Fratsi.

to discuss and decide on the following issues:

1. Election of a new Board of Directors
2. Deciding on any amendments to the articles of association
3. Discussion of all issues concerning the Kythira Nautical Sports Club

Any active member who wishes to declare their candidacy for the new Board of Directors is invited to announce this verbally or in writing up to 15 minutes before the elections take place.
