NOTICE OF PUBLIC INVITATION TO TENDER RENTAL OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
The Ecclesiastical Council of the Holy Church of Christ Crucified of Pitsinianikon Kythera, in order to proceed to the lease of the ground floor of a building (the old school) owned by him, consisting of a large hall, an office and a reception area of approximately 96 sq.m., located in the Pitsinianika Kythira, expressly excluding from the lease of the entire courtyard area and the adjacent ancillary areas, announces a Public Bidding Tender for the appointment of a tenant, in accordance with the following:
- The date of the Tender is defined as 26 July 2023, day Wednesday and time 12:00 - 14:00.
In case of an unsuccessful result on the above date, the Tender will be repeated on 11 August 2023, day Friday and time 12:00 - 14:00.
- The place of the Tender (and the repetition, if necessary) is the offered lease itself (old school of Pitsinianikon) in Pitsinianika Kythira.
The starting price is set at the amount of 200,00 (two hundred) Euro per month, plus the applicable stamp duty of 3,6%.
The building will be used exclusively and only as a place for any kind of educational and/or artistic and/or recreational activity for children, in order to be in accordance with the purpose for which it was built and for many years it has been operating (school) and in accordance with the definitions of good faith and the user and transactional mores of the island of Kythera and the settlement of Pitsinianikon.
