Having regard to:
1) Article 75 par. 1 (f) subpara. 27 of Law 34563/2006, as supplemented by Article 94 of Law 3852/2010.
2) Para. 1 of article 282 of Law 3852/2010 «New Architecture of Local Government and Decentralized Administration».
3) The provisions of article 5 of P.D. 200/1998 and article 5 of P.D.201/1998.
4) The need to protect the students in the Primary School of the Municipality of Kythera (Kindergarten of Livadi) due to disinfection works.
We're in the middle of something.
The interruption of classes of the school unit of Primary Education (Kindergarten Chora) from 23/10/2023 to 25/10/2023 due to myocide disinfection works. This is to be communicated to the Primary Education Department, the Head of the School Unit, the carriers and published in the local media.
