In SMS that you received refers to a vaccination code. To confirm the appointment you must send an SMS to 13034 by writing only this code. Then you will receive a new SMS saying that the process has been successfully completed. The pre-booked appointment must be confirmed within 72 hours, otherwise it will expire.
I am registered with the intangible prescription and I received an SMS with an appointment which is not convenient for me. What should I do?;
You can change your proposed appointment either at emvolio.gov.gr, either at a pharmacy or a CCP, using the same procedure as described in the next question, i.e. the procedure followed by those who were not enrolled in intangible prescribing.
I am over 85 years of age, not registered for intangible prescribing and wish to make an appointment for a vaccination. What do I need to do?;
You have two ways: either go to emvolio.gov.gr, or go to a pharmacy or KEP.
Procedure at emvolio.gov.gr
First you log in to the system with your passwords at Taxisnet. A tab will then appear with your contact details, which you can change if you wish.You will then make your first appointment, by initially selecting a vaccination centre and the date you wish to receive the vaccine. Then, the offered time zones will be displayed along with the availability - green for many available appointments, yellow for several, orange for a few and grey for unavailable appointments.
Once you have chosen a time zone for the first appointment, repeat exactly the same procedure for the second: first the vaccination centre, then the date and finally the time zone. Of course, at the second appointment the system will not allow you to select dates beyond the appropriate distance between the two doses.
Once you have completed the process for both appointments, your screen will display all the details of both appointments: location, date and time. Then you must click «Yes» in the corresponding field, to confirm your appointment.
On completion of all the stages a summary of your two appointments will appear on the screen, together with the vaccination code and a QR code. Note the vaccination code, print the page or take a screenshot, so that you have this information handy.
Procedure at pharmacies and CCPs
You will need to bring your identity card and your AMKA with you. The pharmacist or the CCP employee will book your appointments depending on the area, date and time that suits you. At the end of the process, they will print out the details of the two appointments, along with the vaccination code.
Please note that no other appointment is required to make an appointment for your visit to the KEPs, as is the case for all other services they provide.
I am over 85 years old, but it is not easy to go to a CCP to make an appointment. Can a relative do it for me?;
Yes, it can be done. In fact, it can be done and without authorisation, as long as the person who will do the procedure for you sign a solemn declaration with the following content:
«I represent (full name) with (ID or passport number) and (social security number) in order to schedule his/her appointment against covid19».
The person who will come forward must have his/her identity card with him/her, and it is advisable to have a simple copy of the identity of the person for whom he or she is acting, in case any additional information is needed to identify him or her in the registers.
I am over 85 years old, registered in the intangible prescription and I did not receive a text message. What should I do?;
What you need to do is check that you have been selected for the current vaccination phase. This can be done in three ways: either at your pharmacy or KEP (with ID and AMKA), or at emvolio.gov.gr (with AMKA and VAT number), or by sending an SMS to 13034 with your AMKA. If it was indeed a question of a telephone number, you can follow the appointment procedure described in the previous question.
Although I am over 85 years old, I did a priority check and it shows me as not selected for vaccination. What should I do?;
You will need to enter the emvolio.gov.gr/aitisi and fill in the form that will appear - you will not be asked to Taxisnet codes. Your application will be examined by the relevant Committee and, if you were entitled to be vaccinated in the current period, you will be informed of how to make an appointment. The application process can also be done at the following locations. KEP. Please pay particular attention to the contact details you provide so that you receive your reply as soon as possible.
I am over 85 years old and until today I had not registered for intangible prescription. If I register now, will I receive an SMS?;
Unfortunately, the pre-booking process for each population group is done only once, before appointments are opened for that group. Therefore, if you are over the age of 85, paperless prescribing may be helpful for your prescriptions and referrals, but not for making vaccination appointments. Therefore, you will need to follow the process for the unregistered.
Those under 85 years old can still sign up to the intangible prescribing and, when your population group is called, you will normally receive a pre-booking appointment text message.
I've made my appointment, but I want to change it. What should I do?;
Appointments are changed as they are made: either on emvolio.gov.gr, or at a pharmacy or a KEP, in the same way as described above. You should be aware that change of appointment can only be made once and only if you request it at least three days before the originally scheduled appointment.
I've made my appointment, but I can't remember when it is. What should I do?;
Initially, it is planned to become reminder of your appointment three times, by SMS to the number you have given us: the first three days before the appointment, the second on the day before the appointment and the third at 7 am on the day of the appointment.
If, nevertheless, you wish to look for your appointment at any time, you can either send an SMS to 13034 with your last name and your AMKA, or go to emvolio.gov.gr (search with AMKA and VAT number), or go to a pharmacy or KEP.
What do I need to bring with me when I come in for my vaccination?;
You must have your identity card with you and have your AMKA and vaccination code handy. Printing the vaccination details is not compulsory.
To speed up the process, it is recommended that you have available - either printed or on your mobile phone - the QR code that appears on emvolio.gov.gr and on all documents printed by pharmacies and KEPs.
I was unable to attend the appointment I had made. What should I do?;
You will be able to make a new appointment in any of the ways described above, but one month must pass from the day of the cancelled appointment.
Will I incur any costs for any stage of the process?;
No. The whole procedure is completely free of charge for citizens - both visiting pharmacies and sending and receiving SMS.
Is there a step-by-step presentation of these procedures?;
You can find all the details of the procedure at emvolio.gov.gr
