Following persistent efforts by the Board of Directors of the “VASILEIOS MALANOS” Foundation and with the full and wholehearted support of our Association, the the call for investment interest regarding the lease and development of the former Home Economics School building, with the aim of creating a luxury Senior Care Facility (M.F.I.) for foreign and Greek retirees who fall under the provisions of Article 40 of Law 4758/2020.
The Association congratulates the Foundation’s Administration on the successful completion of this long-term effort and eagerly awaits a positive response from investment funds to the pioneering idea of the the late G. Giannatos, which will lead to the financial self-sufficiency and autonomy of the Municipal Community of Mylopotamos.
