«Greeks are voting for a new hope in the May 21 elections. For a new perspective,» said PASOK-Charity Movement president Nikos Androulakis, while accusing Kyriakos Mitsotakis of having cultivated for months «an anti-establishment scenario [...] desperately seeking a lifeline for personal survival, today he announced the end of his failed governance».
Mr.Androulakis added that Mr.Mitsotakis even attempted to set a calendar for the second elections, disregarding the expression of the will of the Greek people and the Constitution itself.
«The Mitsotakis government is characterised by the collapse of the so-called executive state, clientelism, the increase in social inequalities, the undermining of the rule of law and independent authorities, as well as extensive corruption,» the President of PASOK-KINAL said: «Citizens vote for the Greece we deserve to live in. For the state that will guarantee the public interest, social justice, fair development, transparency and meritocracy. For an economy that is resilient, sustainable, Greek, with dignity and prosperity for all.
On 21 May, I call on you to make a decision for change together.».
