The Kythera.News and the AdelinFM, recognizing that climate change is causing more and more frequent extreme weather events, are taking the initiative to record and research the effects of heavy rainfall on our island.
Recording, Prevention, Protection
Our aim is to collect valuable information from the residents of Kythera, in order to highlight the problems and contribute to the formulation of an integrated civil protection, prevention and emergency response plan.
We invite you to inform us about:
- Damage that has already occurred in your areas in recent years.
- Locations you consider vulnerable or dangerous to severe weather events.
- Proposals for infrastructure needs that could prevent similar problems in the future.
