Happy New Year wishes us the Up Stories with a video review for 2020, with images, people and events that marked perhaps the most difficult year that the planet after the end of World War II. The group noted the following:
The group notes, among other things, that «the advent of the coronavirus in our lives since the beginning of the year has caused us to experience unprecedented situations that we have only seen in science fiction movies until now. Tens of thousands of our fellow citizens have had to be hospitalised and to date some 4,500 people in Greece have lost their battle with the deadly virus».
«Among the most important events of the year is the crisis in Evros and in Chestnuts, the conversion of our own Agia Sofia from museum to mosque, the election of the new President of the Republic Ekaterina Sakelaropoulou that for the first time in the country's history the office goes to a woman, the great earthquake in Samos as well as the new lighting of the Acropolis who, thanks to him, is more radiant and beautiful than ever before in her modern history. Also, for yet another year, severe weather caused major disasters in Evia, Thessaly, the Ionian Islands, Crete and Halkidiki.
Finally, Up Stories emphasizes that «leaving behind a year that few people would like to remember, we present you in less than 3 minutes the top images we recorded, as well as the people and events that marked the year. We will simply wish that 2021, apart from being a milestone year for Greece and Hellenism, will bring health and prosperity to the whole of humanity».
