Ο Takeoff, which is one third of the Migos, was shot in Houston early this morning and he succumbed to his injuries, as reported by TMZ.
The trapper, whose real name was Kearsnick Curry Ball, was 28 years old.
According to TMZ sources and eyewitnesses, the incident took place around at 2:30 in the morning. At that time, police authorities were notified of a man shot at a bowling alley. When they arrived, Takeoff was pronounced dead.
As TMZ claims, Takeoff, along with Quavo and also a member of Migos were playing dice when someone opened fire, shooting Takeoff near the head.
According to authorities, two more people were shot and taken to hospital, but their condition is not yet known.
Takeoff was born in Georgia in 1994 and together with Quavo and Offset they started their career as Polo Club in 2008, to become Migos and release albums like «Culture I, II & III» and hits like «Versace» and «MotorSport».
