N. Davaris to the Municipality of Kythera: «Who controls the observance of the regulation at the Bazaar?»

In a Facebook post, the producer Nikolaos Davaris asks the Municipality of Kythera why it has not answered its question about which is the competent body that controls the implementation of the new operating rules of the Sunday bazaar in River. The question concerns the existence, as he says, of “illegals” in the area of the Bazaar, for whom «we, the legal ones, will not become nails», as he writes. He concludes, in fact, saying that «compliance (of the operating regulations of the Pazaar) is your issue», that is, the Municipality of Kythera, from which he expects an answer to the above question.

The text of the post follows:

«For you and good Messimeri, returning from Pazari to the River Kythi I have some thoughts.

The City put some farmers in a process to get permits [with the related expenses of course, cash etc.]

The question is WHICH will be the Competent Body that will control the compliance of the Regulation [I have asked a question BUT I did not get an answer]

So today 12-6-2022 we are 7 legal and 5 not legal, [that's what some people want and that's why they are laughing]

THE QUESTION
What will happen, gentlemen of the City, we the legal people will NOT become a snitch, compliance is YOUR issue.

{including in 2022 the tables and umbrellas]
Waiting for a reply to introduce ALL well.»
