Answers to the questions raised by the sudden death of 12-year-old girl, which died of cardiac arrest Thursday morning in Patras, will give the autopsy - necropsy to be carried out today, Friday.
It is the only child of the family, while according to the director of the ICU of Rio, Andreas Eliades, the child did not seem to have a cardiac problem.
«We don't know how the information that the child had a heart condition, this is not true, the child was perfectly healthy,» says Mr. Eliades.
The chronicle of the tragedy
It all happened just before 5 o'clock in the morning, when the child was spotted by his mother in his bed unconscious (some reports mention indications of a death rattle).
There was panic and immediately called the ambulance which arrived immediately evacuating the 12-year-old girl to Rio hospital, where the alarm was immediately raised with the specialized doctors of the intensive care unit going down to the emergency department and the cardiopulmonary resuscitation area and giving an incredible battle.
