The judicial route has chosen to follow the Mayor of Hydra, George Koukoudakis, against the Ingeborg Beuchel, as she says the Dutch journalist called the Hydra people «right-wing, racist, racist, xenophobic, xenophobic, who bully foreigners!» during an interview with KONTRA channel.
The interview followed the episode she had with Kyriakos Mitsotakis, when his personal attack on him during a joint interview with the Dutch Prime Minister, Mark Rutte - and in response to the polemic that has arisen over pushbacks in Aegean Sea- caused a strong reaction from the Greek Prime Minister.
In a post on Facebook, the Mayor of Hydra, speaks of an «unprecedented attack of mud on the Hydra people», while, as he says, «the reason now will be the Justice, before which he will be asked to prove, among other things, when exactly half of the Hydra people voted for Golden Dawn«.

«With great surprise, I watched yesterday's interview of Mrs. Ingeborg Beugel on the main newscast of KONTRA, in which she engaged in an unprecedented mud attack on the Hydraians!!! She called us right-wing, racist, Chrysau, xenophobic, for bullying foreigners! As a Hydraian and as the Mayor of this place that is famous for its hospitality and that is why citizens of the whole world, including this lady, choose it not only for holidays, but also as a place of residence, I feel incredibly offended by the outrageous lies that this lady uttered yesterday and for this reason I will immediately take legal action! Such insults to the people of Hydra cannot be tolerated!!!! I am very sorry that after so many years, during which our local community has embraced this lady, as well as all the foreigners who live here, she has this to say about her neighbours and neighbours... The reason now will be the Justice, before which she will be asked to prove, among other things, when exactly half of the people of Hydra voted for Golden Dawn....’.
