“Transfer” supporter of the Annan plan for the post of Minister of Civil Protection

The pool of “excellence” seems to have long since dried up. There is no other way to explain the information published since yesterday and apparently leaked by Maximos, according to which the choice of Mr. Mitsotakis for the post of minister Civil Protection is a “transcription” from Cyprus! And not the kind of what we would call ... ”airport transfers”, like the ones that football teams have done from time to time...

Mr. Christos Stylianides formerly Cypriot Commissioner, is reportedly among the first choices of Kyriakos Mitsotakis for the position of Minister of Civil Protection. His deputy minister will be placed the former A/GEA E.Turnas.

Doesn't Mr Mitsotakis have an executive he trusts and he turned to the “Cypriot political market”? And how is he going to make him a minister?;

Stylianides was one of the supporters of the YES to the Annan plan. As a representative of the Political Modernisation Movement had declared in 2004 its support for the plan which the Cypriot people unquestioningly rejected. According to other reports at the time, he had been funded to campaign for a YES to the Annan plan.

The recent reshuffle has been described as a fiasco and it seems that in Maximou they continue to do everything they can to confirm it.
