Ο Municipality of Kythira declares that the 11η of the month October of the year 2021 day Monday and time 10:00 AM. (deadline for submission of bids) via ESIDIS, an open electronic tender will be conducted below the thresholds set by Law 4412/2016, with the award criterion being the most economically advantageous bid based solely on price (lowest price) to select a contractor to carry out the project works «MAINTENANCE OF TANKS AND PUMPING STATIONS—PHASE C’. The bidders» financial offers shall be prepared and submitted using the system of offering individual discount rates by price group, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95, paragraph 2(a) of Law 4412/2016, with a check to ensure the consistency of the individual discount rates.”
