Ο Minister of Health, Vassilis Kikilias, will be the keynote speaker today, Friday 28/05, at the event «A Digital Hospital in the Heart of the Aegean», in Syros, where the work of digital transformation of Syros General Hospital.
The transformation of Syros Hospital into a model digital hospital and the reduction of its energy footprint was achieved thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Health, the 2nd Health Region of Piraeus and the Aegean, the General Hospital of Syros and the Special Management Service of the South Aegean Region.
The project was funded by the South Aegean Operational Programme 2014-2020 and the Public Investment Programme, amounting to 1,600,000 euros.
The event will take place at 11:00 at the Apollo Municipal Theatre in Ermoupolis and after the event, the Minister of Health will visit the General Hospital of Syros.
