The date of the 4th ordinary meeting of the City Council of Municipality of Kythira, which will take place on Wednesday, 28/04.

4. Circular YPES 163/33282/29-05-2020 (ADA: Ψ3ΧΝ46ΜΤΛ6-ΑΨ7),
5. Circular YPES 60249/22-09-2020 (ADA: Ω0Ν346ΜΤΛ6-ΙΘ9),
6. Circular YPES 426/13-11-2020 (ADA: 6ΩΚΛ46ΜΤΛ6-ΥΔ4),
7. Joint Ministerial Decision 429/Government Gazette 850/B/13-03-2020,
8. Article 95 of Law 3463/2006, as currently in force, adapted to the aforementioned provisions, circulars, and joint ministerial decisions,
9. the need to limit the spread of the coronavirus Covid19,

in tactics meeting of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Kythira, to be held on teleconference via the ZOOM platform in real time on 28/04/2021, day Wednesday with a start time of 12:30 pm. with the following agenda items:

Submission of a request to the Minister of Interior to promote the issuance of a Presidential Decree defining the 17^of August as an official local holiday on the island of Antikythera (Rapporteur: Mayor).

1. Approval of the provisional and final acceptance protocol of the project «Restoration of municipal roads» (Rapporteur: C. Sougianis).
2. Approval of the creation of a Health Centre and authorization to the Mayor (rapporteur: Mr. K. Kapsalis).
3. Approval of the donation of a Coronavirus Diagnostic Test to the Kythera Hospital (rapporteur: Mayor).
4. Approval of the granting of a certificate (Rapporteur: C. Sougianis).
5. Allocation of parking space for disabled persons (Rapporteur: C. Sougianis).
6. Allocation of 4 parking spaces for a tourist unit in Kapsali (Aphrodite apartments) (Rapporteur: Ch. Sougianis).
7. Replacement of a regular member of the Municipal Committee for Tourism Development and Promotion (rapporteur: Mayor).
8. Approval 1^of Budget Revision for the year 2021 (rapporteur: Finance Committee).
9. Adoption of the Regulation for the Operation of the Sunday Open Air Market of Kythera River (Bazaar) according to the decision of the Economic Committee (rapporteur: Economic Committee).
