According to TMZ, the police of Los Angeles received a call last Thursday from a neighbor Johnny Depp, in Hollywood Hills, who reported seeing an unidentified man sitting in the actor's garden by the pool.
The neighbor went to talk to the man, but then he jumped a fence and headed for the actor's house. Depp's personal security team spotted the man and also called the police, who arrived a few minutes later and found the man inside one of the home's bathrooms taking a... shower.
He was eventually arrested and taken to the police station, where he was charged with various charges, including vandalism.
Depp himself has not spoken about the incident, but it is the second time this year that someone has been arrested after illegally entering his Hollywood Hills home. A woman was arrested last January when she broke into the actor's home and even then the alarm system was not working.
