Press Release on the Award Presented to Cardiologist Mr. Gabriel Psarra, from the Hellenic Cardiology Foundation, EL.I.KAR., issued the General Hospital – Kythira Health Center “Trifyllio”.
In it, it is stated:
«On September 29, 2021, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Hellenic Cardiology Foundation (EL.I.KAR.), Mr. Gabriel Psaras, a cardiologist at our hospital, was honored for his 25 years of collaboration with the Foundation.”.
The event was attended by His Eminence Ieronymos, Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, as Honorary President of EL.I.KAR, the Minister of the Interior Mr. M. Voridis, the Minister of Labor, Mr. K. Hatzidakis, the Rector of the University of Athens, Mr. Ath. Dimopoulos and a large number of medical professors.
The award was presented to Mr. Psarras by Professor of Cardiology Konstantinos Toutouzas.
The Director of the Trifyllio General Hospital and Health Center made the following statement regarding the award:
“Mr. Gabriel Psarras’s medical expertise, dedication to his work, and love for his patients and for Kythira are well known to all Kythirians and beyond.”.
Mr. Psarras has devoted his heart and soul to our hospital, and I am delighted that EL.I.KAR recognized his contributions and honored him. Personally, I feel proud, as I was the Director who swore him in 15 years ago at the Kythira Hospital, where he continues to responsibly provide his scientific and therapeutic services to those in need.”.
