Telephone communication between Mitsotakis and Zelenski

The prime minister spoke by phone a short while ago with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Government sources report that Mr. Zelenskyy congratulated the prime minister on the National Anniversary of March 25, while Kyriakos Mitsotakis referred to Odessa’s connection to the history of Hellenism and the start of the Greek Revolution.

During the conversation, Mr. Mitsotakis invited Mr. Zelenskyy to address the Hellenic Parliament via videoconference. The date of the Ukrainian President’s address will be set in the near future through diplomatic channels.
