Tavern «Filiot»: faithful to quality and taste with environmental consciousness

Reduced environmental footprint and raw material production in Kalamos.

They continue to surprise us with their practices over in Kalamos. The «Filio» tavern released a video describing the life cycle of the wheat produced in the village. The wheat grown in the fields of Kalamos is a key ingredient in some of the most delicious dishes cooked and served at the tavern. In this way, «Filio» achieves a threefold goal: It offers high-quality food, with exceptional, authentic flavors, and reduces the environmental footprint of its production, since the products it uses are not transported from elsewhere but are produced right in the village of Kalamos.

The «Filio» Tavern accompanied the video with the following message:
