Annual General Assembly of the Kythiraikos Association of Athens

According to Article 18 of the Statutes, the members of the Kytheraikos Association of Athens are invited to an Annual General Assembly on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 18.00 in the hall of the Cultural Centre of the Trifyllion Foundation (5 Themistokleous, 7th floor).

1. Administrative Report Administrative Council year
2. Financial Report of the Board of Directors for the year
3. Report of the Audit Committee and discharge of the Board of Directors from any liability.

If a quorum is not reached on the above date and time, the General

The Assembly will be resumed on Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 18.00 in the same place, The quorum shall therefore be deemed to exist regardless of the number of members present.

In accordance with Article 21 of the Statutes, it is reminded that members who are in good standing are entitled to participate in the General Assembly and in the relevant votes.
