Invitation to the Regular Annual General Meeting of the “PORTOKALIA KARAVA KYTHIRA” Association.
The Board of Directors of the “PORTOKALIA KARAVA KYTHIRON” Association, at an extraordinary meeting held on April 12, 2023, decided to convene its members for an Annual General Meeting in accordance with Article 23 of the Association’s Bylaws.
June 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., is set as the date and time for the General Meeting. In the event of a lack of quorum, June 18, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., is set as the date for the repeat and final meeting.
