According to the relevant provisions of article 67 of Law 3852/2010 (Government Gazette A87/7-6-2010), as replaced by article 74 of Law 4555/2018 (Government Gazette A133/19-7-2018) and as in force in conjunction with article 78 of Law 4954/2022 (Government Gazette A 136/09-07-2022),

in a mixed (in person and by videoconference via the ZOM platform in real time), regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Kythera, to be held in the «Mayor Artemios Kalligeros» hall of the Kythera Town Hall (for the physically present councillors), on 7/04/2023, Friday at 15:30 p.m. with the following agenda items:
- Approval of the 1st Municipal Budget Amendment for the year 2023, (rapporteur: Mayor),
- Decision a) to stop the operation of the activity and the related sealing playground based in Livadi Kythera b) fine for the unauthorized operation of the playground, (rapporteur: Mayor),
- Sealing of the KIE based in Livadi Kythera, (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor Char. Sougianis).
