Μεικτή (δια ζώσης και με τηλεδιάσκεψη μέσω της πλατφόρμας ΖΟΟΜ σε πραγματικό χρόνο), regular  meeting of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Kythera, which will take place in Hall «Mayor Artemios Kalligeros» of the Kythera Town Hall (for councillors in physical presence), the 02/08/2023, day Wednesday and time 14:30 pm. with the following agenda items:

1. Determination of category/specialty and additional qualifications for the four (4) approved permanent staff positions, year 2023 in the Municipality of Kythera (rapporteur: Mayor).
2. Allocation of approved man-hours and the need to increase from part-time to full-time, the recruitment of 3 people cleaning staff of school units, Primary and Secondary Education, with a private contract for a fixed term (rapporteur: Mayor).

4. Έγκριση Χορήγησης Βεβαίωσης (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor C. Sougiannis).
5. Approval of the provisional and final acceptance protocol of the project «Maintenance-repair of municipal roads» (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor C. Sougiannis).
6. Establishment of the provisional acceptance committee for the project «Replacement and variation of water supply networks 2020.
7. Αποδοχή κυριότητας μηχανήματος έργου τύπου φορτωτή καδοφόρου για τον ΧΥΤΥ Κυθήρων (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor C. Sougiannis).
8. Continued participation in a partnership and approval of the submission of a proposal for the implementation of the project (action) entitled: «Continuing Structure for the Provision of Basic Goods: Social Grocery of the Municipality of Kythera» (Rapporteur: Mayor).
9. Approval or not to grant permission to extend the hours of use of music in a CPS, (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor G. Kominos),
10. Approval of the Targeting Table of the Municipality of Kythera for the year 2023 and ratification of the 84/2023 decision of the Economic Committee (rapporteur: Mayor),
11. Approval of the 1st summary table (A.P.E.), 1st protocol of the regulation of unit prices of new works (P.C.T.M.N.E.) of the project: “Maintenance of Municipal Properties (District)’, with a study budget of 69.354,84 € without VAT and an initial contract cost of 59.095,26 € without VAT.
12. Approval of the granting of a 2nd extension of the deadline for the execution of the project «Artistic Competition for the Erection of the Sponge Monument in Antikythera», contract cost 71.400,00 euros including VAT, contractor Nikolitsa Leto Leontis (alias Odysseas).
13. Establishment of the provisional acceptance committee for the project «Replacement and modification of water supply networks 2020»
14. Approval of the provisional and final acceptance protocol of the project «Maintenance-repair of municipal roads»
15. Approval of the 4th project summary table (PDB): “Repair and Maintenance of Municipal Roads of Kythera Island’’, initial contract cost 1.368.579,84€ including VAT (24%)
