The subject of the prosecutor’s investigation will be the Tsiodra–Lytra study on mortality outside the ICU, which irreparably undermines the government’s narrative.
The Athens Public Prosecutor's Office for First Instance Courts has decided to incorporate the study into the investigation it is already conducting into the conditions under which ICUs operated during the pandemic.
The goal of the prosecutor in charge is to investigate all complaints regarding the conditions in the ICUs that have come to light from time to time, either through the press, or through a specific report, as was recently the case with POEDIN President Michalis Giannakos.
