Cine – Paradise: A Woman’s Vengeance (1948)

Henry Maurier cares for his ailing wife, Emily, but is having an affair with the young Doris Mead. Emily dies suddenly of a heart attack, and soon after, Henry and Doris get married. However, after an investigation by the authorities, it turns out that the cause of Emily’s death was not a heart attack, but arsenic poisoning.
