The Mayor of Kythira, having in mind:
1. The provisions of Article 58 of Law 3852/2010 (Government Gazette 87/A/June 7, 2010) «New Architecture of Local Government and Decentralized Administration—Kallikratis Program»As amended by Paragraph 1 of Article 14 of Law 4625/2019, effective August 31, 2019.
2. The provisions of Article 163 of Law 3584/2007 (Government Gazette 143/A/June 28, 2007) «Code Governing the Status of Municipal and Community Employees,» as amended by Paragraph 5 of Article 23 of Law 4690/2020, effective March 11, 2020, as currently in force.
3. Circular No. 31/36567 dated May 10, 2019, issued by the Ministry of the Interior.
4. Circular No. 55/74802/December 29, 2010, issued by the Ministry of the Interior, Decentralization, and e-Government.
5. Certificate No. 3540/01-10-2020 from the Financial Department of the Municipality of Kythira confirming the availability of relevant appropriations in the 2020 budget and the mandatory provision of the corresponding appropriations in the budgets for subsequent years.
6. The need to hire one (1) Special Advisor to the Mayor.
invites interested parties to submit an application, including a brief resume and supporting documentation of their qualifications, for the position of one (1) Special Advisor to the Mayor, under a fixed-term private-law employment contract until the end of the current municipal term, to serve as an advisor to the Mayor on matters of administrative and financial operations,Communications, Financial Management, and Organization.
