According to Decision No. 16/2024 of the Board of Directors of the Kythira Municipal Port Fund (R49GOLBF-7TA) Published by Auction for the lease of space for the installation of an automatic water vending machine to third parties, through the conclusion of a lease agreement, in exchange for the consideration described below, exclusively for the purpose of conducting activities that serve passengers on ships traveling to and from the island of Kythira or any travelers passing through the area, in a 10-square-meter space in the Lport building Diakoftiou.
The auction will be open, oral, competitive and will take place on 17-6-2024 day Monday and time 10:00 p.m.. until 11:00 p.m. at the offices housing the Kythira Municipal Port Fund, in Chora, Kythira, Postal Code 80 100, before the competent Auction Committee, which was established in accordance with Decision No. 15/2024 of the Kythira Municipal Port Fund (ADA: 997KOLVF-XXD).
The starting price for each square meter to be used by the vending machine is set at thirty euros. (30,00€). The lessee is required to provide a creditworthy guarantor who will sign the auction minutes together with the highest bidder and subsequently the lease agreement.
A summary of the announcement will be published at least ten (10) days before the auction in a daily newspaper, and will be posted on the bulletin boards at the offices of the Kythira Municipal Port Fund and the Municipality of Kythira, as well as on their respective websites, in accordance with Law 3861/2010.
