Poor port management is observed in Kapsali with the boats arriving to dock. As the George Samios (who also sent us the relevant photos), it is common for boats to choose sideways mooring, so that they take up a lot of space and do not allow other boats to moor at the pier.
«Only stern tying should be allowed, to fit everyone», says Samios, who adds that as a resident of the area, he often witnesses «Homeric quarrels» between boat owners for this very reason.
