Η Κωνσταντινουπολίτισσα Σοφία Θεοδωρίδου ανέβηκε στον Πύργο του Γαλατά που προσφέρει μαγευτική θέα. Ένας μεσαιωνικός κωνικός πύργος που χτίστηκε από τους Γενουάτες το 1347 με ύψος 67 μέτρα. Από τον 8ο όροφο έχει κανείς πανοραμική εικόνα της Πόλης, του Κερατίου, του Βοσπόρου, της Αγίας Σοφίας.
