I enclose the complaint I made on 15/03/2022 regarding, the attempt of arbitrary road opening, on the initiative of a citizen, as he stated in the open meeting, which was held by the Board of Directors of the Exoraistiko River Association on 18/11/2023 and has been recorded by the radio station Adelin.
I quote the complaint because some of those present at the meeting were keen to have the names of those who are preventing the opening of the road, even though everyone knows them.
The reasons for persistence,? many.
To be sold to the mob or to create conversation in the cafes, so that their dull morning coffee would become interesting.
Probably they want to find «a crooked fishing hole» to make themselves feel better, that they don't wonder if we are «sailing badly». So to satisfy the curiosity as to which one of the two is the «crooked yoke» I quote the complaint and state that it was never hidden. Perhaps now, the shadowy conversations with evil ghosts will cease.
And for those who are quick to say that I made the complaint out of interest, I do not deny it and I have never denied it, that I made it out of interest.
I will defend, in accordance with the right given to me by the Constitution and the laws, my dignity, my family and my property.
Since when is this sticking? Is there anyone doing anything else ? A road does not always add to property value. There are cases where it degrades it.
Of course I don't want my property and quality of life to deteriorate because some people have decided to do what they want arbitrarily. .
For those who think that nuisance is not a serious negative factor and is not taken into account for the design of a road construction .... I have no words . When I heard it only surprised me !(checked in an earlier meeting).
Finally, as you used to say at meetings, «we all know each other».
We all know what each of us has contributed to the country. For my person ask your parents, the younger ones might remember something, but for the older ones they know what we have done together.
Thanks in advance to all of you who will take the trouble to read the complaint, either out of curiosity or genuine interest. Reading it may help in discerning «we are sailing wrong and that it is not all the yacht's fault.» Although you have no need for «self-appointed protectors» as an influential figure in The River Society wrote two years ago, I will always insist on speaking my mind because democracy guarantees me that right.
