Ο Mayor of Kythera, Mr. Efstratios Harhalakis signed the contract for the supply of a new autonomous fire truck with funding from the «PHILODEMOS» programme» and a total contract amount of 49.600,00€ including VAT. The contractor is the company «MILLITSIS PAYSANIAS MONOPROSOPI IKE» based in Karditsa, which was awarded through the electronic procurement tender.
The vehicle will be new and will carry modern firefighting systems with the ability to intervene immediately in inaccessible areas due to its small volume, while its tank will have a capacity of 500Lt. It will be delivered within the contractual period of 8 months from the signing of the contract.
