For ages and ages I've been swimming,
Where is love, so I can go there?.
The sea wore away the rock
and the island was left all alone.
Living on an island surrounded by rocks, I became obsessed with observing them. For me, the rock is a symbol of stability and mental resilience. Reefs and islets are my friends, motionless witnesses through time since the beginning of the creation of this world. Through events and snapshots, they record lives and emotions, changes; they converse with the water and allow souls and birds to rest upon them. They stand as majestic natural monuments. And so, rock by rock, I took my sorrow and imprinted it in my works.

Living on an island surrounded by rocks, observing them became my obsession. To me, the rock is a symbol of stability and mental endurance. Reefs and cliffs, my friends, are immobile witnesses through time, dating back to the dawn of the world’s creation. Through events and snapshots, they record lives and emotions, changes, conversing with the water and allowing souls and birds to rest upon them. Natural monuments stand proudly. Thus, I took my sorrow, rock by rock, and imprinted it in my works.
