A special cultural and hiking excursion organized by the Kytheraiki Brotherhood of Piraeus - Athens the Sunday 6 April, inviting friends of history, nature and culture on a journey to the Orchomeno of Boeotia.
The excursion will include visit to the area of Kopaida and to archaeological site of Orchomenos, known for its Mycenaean history and the famous Tomb of Minya. At the same time, there will be the possibility for a short hike on the Melanta River for those who wish to enjoy the natural landscape of the area.
The departure is scheduled for the 08:00 in the morning from Piraeus Metro/ISAP station, while the participation fee is 15€ per person (10€ for students, free for the children of the dance group).
The excursion is under the support of Kythira Foundation for Culture & Development while organized in cooperation with the travel agency ΔAudoni Travel.
