Kythera, History and Culture, summer 2022

The Ephorate of Antiquities of Piraeus and Islands organizes guided tours to the Archaeological Museum of Kythera and to the Exhibition of Eco-markings at the Castle of Chora.

Every year, since 2016, the Office of Educational Programmes of the Ephorate of Antiquities of Piraeus and Islands has been organizing educational and cultural activities in Kythera.

This year, from 27 July to 10 August, the Archaeological Museum of Kythera and the Permanent Exhibition of Eco-Signs presented in the Castle of Chora Kythera will offer free tours to the public with the purchase of a ticket. Entrance to the museum is free for children and young people up to 25 years of age, for holders of a free entrance ticket as well as for the unemployed.
