The total number of cases stands at 285,015 (daily change: +1.2%), of which 51.4% are men. Based on confirmed cases from the past 7 days, 94 are considered to be related to travel from abroad, and 2,711 are linked to a previously known case.

There have been 75 new deaths among COVID-19 patients, bringing the total number of deaths since the start of the pandemic to 8,607. 95.61% of the patients had an underlying medical condition and/or were 70 years of age or older.
The number of patients currently hospitalized and on ventilators is 749 (65.6% men). Their median age is 68 years. 84.1% have an underlying medical condition and/or are 70 years of age or older. Since the start of the pandemic, 1,805 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new COVID-19 patients admitted to hospitals nationwide is 524 (daily change: -0.38%). The seven-day average of admissions is 517 patients.
The median age of cases is 44 years (range 0.2 to 105 years), while the median age of deaths is 79 years (range 0.2 to 103 years).
