With absolute success was completed the three-day mission of the of the PAGNI in Kythera, despite the difficulties caused by the bad weather. Overall 45 members -doctors, nurses and technical staff- provided 1345 medical services, including 72 digital mammograms.
The team covered 19 different specialties, including gastroenterology, neurology, orthopaedics and ophthalmology, offering valuable care to residents who lack specialist services.
In addition to the clinics, the following took place informative speeches and educational seminars. The Kythera Hospital and the local community expressed their warm thanks, declaring their intention to establish the action twice a year.
