Η Helen Mirren will be the presenter of a world wizarding competition «Harry Potter» organised to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the film «Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone», based on the novel by J.K. Rowling.
The event, entitled «Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses», will test avid fans of the beloved book and movie series as they use their «Harry Potter» knowledge to compete for the coveted House Cup.
The competition will include hundreds of Harry Potter general knowledge questions and will feature special guests. Although a date for the event has yet to be announced, it will air simultaneously on Cartoon Network's ACME Night and TBS and then be available for streaming on HBO Max.
«I knew that one day I would get a Harry Potter role and I am very happy to be part of the 20th anniversary celebration,“ the actress said in a statement. ”It will be a treat to bring this magic back to life for the countless fans who continue to be entertained in this magical world,» she said.
The film premiered in cinemas on 14 November 2001.
