Ant. Eleftherianos gave an order to the head of the criminal prosecution Angeliki Triantafyllou to conduct a preliminary examination, in the context of which he asks to investigate whether criminal acts have been committed by the police officer who drove the vehicle, such as those of disrupting the security of public transport and attempted or completed dangerous bodily harm in the case that it is established that there was injury to demonstrators.
The vehicle has been recorded on video manoeuvring and speeding up, crashing into bins, while protesters walk on the road.
