The findings of the Prosecutorial intervention currently underway will show whether the outbreaks Coronation that have been detected in the last few days on the island of Naxos, come from a pilgrimage of believers that had been made the previous days on the island of Kythera.
In this particular excursion, which had as destination Kythera and included a pilgrimage to the Virgin Mary the Myrtidiotissa, 53 people participated and the organizer was allegedly a priest from Naxos.
The excursionists, according to a local website, started from the island on Thursday 15 October, travelling by Champion Jet towards Athens and from there, the next day, Friday 16 October, with a stopover in Constitution, so that other excursionists could also participate, started by road and then by boat, the journey to the Kythera.
They returned to Naxos on the afternoon of Monday 19 October.
